My role with Cellotape is generating new business opportunities, inside sales team management, and managing the outsourcing division. My are of concentration at Cellotape is in the Medical Device, Biomed, Technology, and Industrial fields.In 2001, my wife and I turned over interest in our company to one of our most valuable suppliers. It was at that time that I was offered a position with Cellotape in Fremont, CA. Cellotape was a label manufacturer that we had used as a supplier with Premier so the transition was natural. At Cellotape, I have been instrumental in the implementation and management of a graphics and outsource division. I currently manage a multimillion dollar customer base and I have wide diversity of customers who are in the biomed, medical device, equipment manufacturing, and beverage industries.I am also co-manage our NFC technology team and work with some very high profile companies in developing applications used in NFC mobile phones.I have a great deal of experience in all platforms of printing and have the ability to provide direct estimating and engineering assistance on the spot. I serve customer’s needs all over the world and I am at the cutting edge of new label manufacturing and printing technology. I have the ability to identify potential cost saving options and I can give you up to date ideas on how to get the most out of your budget. I am also fully up to speed on the latest Green and RoHS regulations and specifications. I also had involvement in implementing our company ERP system.In January 2016, I was promoted to Vice President of Sales at Cellotape Landmark Label and on March 1, 2017, Cellotape Landmark Label was acquired by Resource Label Group LLC of Franklin TN.

My role with Premier involved outsource management for labels, printed products, large format graphics, promotinal products, and product marketing fullfillmentIn 1996, I left Ms Carita and founded Premier Label & Graphics with my wife Gin. Our company was a full service printing and graphics provider and although we outsourced 100% of our work, we became one of the leading marketing communications products sources in the Silicon Valley. We later changed the company name to Premier Promotions & Graphics after we added a promotional product and disc duplication line to our business. We were also active in developing online promotional product and apparel stores for companies in the Santa Clara Valley as well as retail packaging.The most valuable thing that I learned while running Premier was how to manage projects under impossible deadlines. I learned the value of having key people as your resource and I also learned the critical skills needed to make sure that every single aspect of a project was communicated accurately and that deadlines were never missed. For three years, I was an absolute vital part of the Comdex trade show and we were the graphics consultant for companies such Diamond Multimedia and Adaptec.

This was my entry into the label and pruiinting business. My role included sales, account base management, and on-site trade show graphics management.Starting in1991. I spent five years with Ms Carita Inc., who at that time was based in their facility on Brokaw Road in San Jose. During that time, I built a $1,000,000+ customer base from scratch and I was the top producer in the company for the last two years of my tenure.
