Managed firmware and code upgrades on fabric switches and NetApp FAS3050/FAS6080 filers. Directed on-site operations for all physical installations and configuration of new and existing solutions.

Technical Lead for Department of Defense accounts within the US Pentagon and directed complex data center migration and consolidation projects. Upgraded the existing SAN infrastructure, installed and configured director class switches, and oversaw all firmware and code upgrades on Symmetrix and Celerra based fabric switches.

Contracted to architect a Core/Edge SAN environment and directed a major data consolidation effort spanning 250 servers and 20 storage arrays housing patent and trademark data in Washington, DC. Defined provisioning standards, created necessary documentation, and developed the proof of concept for a potential NetApp Tier 3 solution.

Directed the major projects team in the development of a storage management infrastructure, including implementation of data storage and replicated SAN arrays for the management of up to 200TB of data. Provisioned storage to support multiple data center migrations, managed storage arrays using LUN masking and zoning, and established a redundant SAN environment to support business continuity and maintain the highest levels of storage performance and availability.
