Preceding Benchmarking Partners, Jim was Global Managing Director-Operations of Gemini Consulting, the leading innovator in re-engineering, and COO of its predecessor firm, United Research (’84-’96.) Gemini was merged with Cap Gemini Sogeti in 1990. Jim started his career with IBM in Network Computing and holds a Master’s Degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.On a personal level, Jim resides in Naples, FL near PRO’s Global Research Center and in Newport, RI, has served on numerous corporate and nonprofit boards and surfs whenever there are waves.
