With no unique products in the marketplace, the Sun Times News Group’s online automotive advertising revenue was falling. Developed and launched product that took client’s print pages and turned them into interactive web pages, searchable by make, model, and dealer. Grew incremental revenues with a 90% margin. Created a six-zone product that allowed the dealer to buy just a portion of the market or the entire market in just one buy with a lower pricing than the competition. New pricing strategy drove multi-millions in new revenue and grew margins 22%.
