• Carried out routine and non-routine maintenance activities on QGC Gas Gather Networks across the Surat Basin for roughly 1500 well sites• Ensured EEHA Compliance was maintained and adequate for well site instrumentation• Maintained well site telemetry systems and ensured remotely controlled systems were operational• Ensured upkeep of Safety Instrument Systems (SIS) and guaranteed safe operation of control elements• Verified instrument accuracy and repeatability • Provided support for operational staff and project operations• Maintained PLC codes and firmware and undertook function testing to ensure correct operation of new codes• Installed and commissioned process control instruments and associated electrical equipment• Undertook extensive work planning; put together work packs including P&IDs / wiring diagrams / work scopes/ field inspection cards/ electrical equipment lists / material lists / permits etc.
