Responsible for driving Anonymous Alerts®, K12 Alerts® and Campus Alerts® products, services and support infrastructure and operations for customers and channel partners. Creates strategies for the services and support capabilities needed to achieve customer success and sales. Designs our specific customer offering to achieve sales, operating, and financial targets. Develop new sales opportunities and convey unique value proposition for all Anonymous Alerts®, K12 Alerts® and Campus Alerts® Educational Apps and Services to achieve key sales goals for school, campus and student safety products and services. Builds solid relationships with customers and technical support teams for successful support of our customers and partners. Accountable for managing all Services and Support programs for our customers and channel sales providers. Acts as the key escalation executive for the customer and account team for all service and support related issues. Build the culture, processes, and tools to drive a remarkable customer experience increasing sales and new opportunities through referral programs.
