As regional actuary I'm responsible for the pricing of the several different products within personal lines, and for developing consistent management KPI’s for the region-Develop pricing for new products and ensure price adequacy through periodic rate reviews-Develop user friendly reports for the region including main KPIs-Prepare executive reports and present findings to managers and other main stakeholders -Built Fleet and Individual Auto quotation tools-Recruit, train and manage regional actuarial team. Provide training and support to portfolio managers across the region In addition to my actuarial responsibilities I've assumed the role of Regional Auto Head, having responsibility for leading the profitable growth of Argentina HNW Auto, Ecuador Auto and Mexico Tourist Auto. -Provide guidance to underwriting activities performed by local teams-Monitoring of main KPI’s and design solutions for any deviations-Development and review of new Auto product business cases-Development of regional underwriting strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives-Financial forecasting and planning analysis -Talent management
