As part of the Marie-Curie Framework, the most prestigious program for post-doctoral studies within the EU, I developed my work in 2004-05 making a comparative study to understand differences among young population in Europe in the time they invest in education, finding a job, union and family formation. Projects managed: Reform of the Constitutional Court and Fundamental Rights Awareness in El Salvador, Land Registry in Peru and Change of the Law in Uruguay to attract Foreign Investors.

During my BA studies, I assisted the Immigration Commission presided by the Internal Affairs Ministry and formed by this last one and Foreign Affairs, Work, Social and Health Ministries.The main function of this Commission during those years was to adapt the Spanish Immigration Law to the European Directives, to open an Amnesty Process to regulate more than 500,000 immigrants, at the time illegal in Spain, and to prepare the country for Schengen Treaty signed in 1995.
