Maintained our program’s website by updating registration, resources, and fixing website bugs using HTML and CSS. Created publicity materials to promote registration from students in Boston in 4 different languages.

Created and led a tutoring program that pairs MIT students with immigrants from the Greater Boston area looking to prepare for the citizenship exam and improve their conversational English. I lead a team of MIT students to create the foundations of our program, from creation of resources, recruitment of tutors and tutees, tutor training, and building connections with local non-profits. Acquired comprehensive knowledge of Consumer Data Platforms (CDP), data architecture, and data privacy concerns. Formulated a strategic recommendation outlining identity resolution strategies and potential partners for collaboration within the CDP framework. Designed custom lesson plans catering to employees with varying levels of CDP expertise. Additionally, collaborated with a team of four other interns to deliver recommendations to executives, focusing on enhancing PepsiCo’s co-innovation structure with technology partners.

Developed and implemented an R tool utilizing the Census API to extract and process data from the American Census Survey website, facilitating the assessment of data certainty in 1109 tables across 4 geographical scopes within the Somerville area. Achieved a significant efficiency improvement, reducing manual data certainty searches from 2 hours to near-instantaneous 1-second lookups, ensuring accurate data certainty percentages and data reliability. Additionally, conducted thorough research on undercounted underserved communities in the ACS and effectively communicated findings to city officials.

Led a research project to improve the effectiveness of the chemotherapy drug Cisplatin by combining it with an experimental small-molecule inhibitor drug.
