I’m a “recovering” scientist turned consultant. Science uses hypotheses, experiments, objective measurement, and analysis to research a particular topic – today I use the same method to understand and advise on issues facing the entire life sciences and health industries.Across my career, I’ve tried to help people innovate and adopt new ways of working. From my Ph.D., to my time at McKinsey in strategy consulting, to leading multiple programs in EY’s global strategy, I’ve developed a passion for not only finding the answer to big questions, but bringing others along in that process.I’m committed to my communities and contributing to a positive society. In my civic life, I was an Eagle Scout, a student leader, an Eisenhower Fellow, and I founded a nationally recognized non-profit for young Cuban-Americans.
