In the Scot Lab I maintain organization and uphold the supply chain to its highest level. What we offer in the lab is:-Certification study books for testing in CPIM, ASQ, PMBOK-Software Programs: SAP, Tableau-Computer stations to study in a quiet environment-RFID equipment-CSCMP Membership information and materials-Workshops in partnership with Operations Management Society (OMS)

- Gathered data and information regarding Targets Operational loss and brainstormed efficient ideas to implement without increasing the budget plan- Implemented many methods regarding Lean Six Sigma such as 5s, reducing cycle time, reducing inventory levels, and optimizing resources for key improvements - Presented this information via Powerpoint to a panel of Target executives and finished up 1st place among 5 other teams

-Performed in-depth and detailed analysis on the data provided by Boeing Corp, South Carolina Board of Education and other various public sources regarding the socio-economic impact of the 2011 opening of the organization. -Utilized Excel and Tableau’s data analysis capabilities in order to extrapolate and create data associated with various trends, forecasts, graphs, images, and pivot tables.

- Simulated a real-world scenario where a company facing obstacles within their operations, sales, supply chain, and purchasing department was attempting to increase their overall Return on Investment (ROI). - Allocated the proper amount of cube utilization for raw and finished materials to meet the fluctuating supply and demand of the consumer- Ran an efficient team of associates that handled various factors such as: intake time, lead time, different bottle lines, and raw material inspections. (Placed 4th globally)

-Lead, managed, and developed a team of 40 associates to drive standard work and excel in my continuous improvement project-Checked the pass down report left to me by the previous shift supervisor to effectively communicate with one another and plan our day accordingly following the proper quality tools such as lean six sigma-Conducted morning huddle meetings to inform my associates how the day was planned, any corrective actions required, and communicated safety policies efficiently to maintain quality control standards- Ran various flow rate, hotel rate, associate labor, inventory, receiving, and shipping reports to find out our goal for the day and how much production we have in specific areas to determine the daily roster for my department

-Improved a company’s ROI from -10.5% to +9.5% by making improvements to operations, sales, supply chain, and purchasing.-Addressed and corrected a problem involving issues regarding engagement and technical knowledge about lead time, constraints, bottle neck effect, outsourcing, and associate related scenarios.
