Contracts Coordinator
Current-Process and coordinate all Owner/Architect Agreements for HMC through full execution process. -Assist Principals and Project Managers in the recommendation of scope, terms and fee issues for each Agreement. - Service internal and external clients effectively and efficiently. - Coordinate efforts to update Professional Liability Insurance coverages for all Clients and updated certificates. - Open and assists in maintaining all Project budgets within the Financial database system. -Assist Principals and Project Managers in the negotiation process of Agreements including reviewing and redlining documents.
