Served as the primary field financial advisor and consultant for both field operations personnel and the entire U.S. group of franchise owners. == Organized numerous financing options for franchise owners that included limited or no corporate guarantees. Closings, which grew from several hundred thousand dollars to multi-million dollars annually, minimized interest rate for franchise owners and guarantee cost on the corporate side.== Administered the franchise data collection process, including its transition from an Excel-based system used for 100 stores to an integrated and automated in-house program for 500+ stores, which improved cycle from 90 to 30 days.== Established and maintained multi-million dollar annual relief fund detailing aid requirements for owners while limiting P&L exposure to the corporate office.
