Quite the experience working with distressed projects. Homeowner emotions centered with design improvements on very tight budgets. Many projects needed that extra care and I provided what I could to always give a little more than required. This career choice has given me better computer program knowledge working with Xactware including Xactimate for estimating. Construction wholeness is only as good as the subcontractor working with me. I have some great new friends thru this experience.I started as a small claims estimator, project manager, accountant, bill collector and scheduler. When I moved over to the large loss side I always added more work through change orders as the clients wanted updated designs in their renovations. I shared my architectural background in every project.
