Beginning as a consultant and then assuming the VP of Business Development role - led the design, structure and strategy resulting in the basis of the Sales and Marketing divisions including the hiring of VP Sales, four Regional VP's of Sales and over twenty Regional Sales Managers; VP Of Marketing and key Marketing staff personnel. In less then twelve months the company via its Sales and Marketing strategy assumed an 80% market share in a space with over twenty competitors. Was intricately involved with creating and negotiating key business partnerships with the PGA of America, PGA Tour, LPGA Tour, celebrity endorsers and various global partners. Strategic investment partners included IBM, AT&T and Cisco.
