I was brought onboard to restructure and build new operations from the ground up during an extremely difficult time for the company, and delivered EBITDA growth of 200%+

I grew this entrepreneurial multi-unit venture—an evidence-based, outcomes-driven healthcare organization—from the bottom up. I performed due diligence, conducted research and analysis (with physicians, scientists, and other thought leaders), and determined the commercial viability of a proprietary FDA cleared medtech, medical device orthopedic solution for chronic back and neck pain — which we successfully brought to market with large integrated, multi-unit health systems in 4 states.

I discovered an opportunity to seize market share in a rapidly growing industry by creating an entirely new retail business model and establishing a multi-unit franchise operation from the ground up. My efforts included growing the business from a single flagship location to 30 stores, 250 employees, and $30M in annual revenue, increasing EBITDA >40% through two recessions, and achieving Franchise 500 status within five years (noted in Entrepreneur magazine) before orchestrating an exit with 500%+ ROI
