As the overseer of all of the Beall’s Outlet company training programs, hiring, and recruitment needs, I played a crucial role in ensuring the rapid growth and success of our organization. One of my key responsibilities was to create and implement annual seminars on HR policies, recruitment, interviewing, hiring, labor law, and management skills to all stores. This helped to ensure that our staff were well-equipped to handle any challenges that arose in their roles.To ensure that our training programs were as effective as possible, I supervised a team of nine training managers who were responsible for delivering the training content to our staff members. I also traveled extensively throughout fourteen states to provide hands-on development and training in stores. This allowed me to gain a better understanding of the unique challenges faced by our staff in different locations, and to tailor our training programs accordingly.One of the most significant achievements of our team was our contribution to the successful opening of over 350 new stores in 14 states throughout the Southern Belt. Our training programs played a crucial role in ensuring that our staff were well-prepared for the demands of their roles, and that each new store opening was a success.
