Jim co-founded ProVentive, Inc., a solutions company offering improved outcomes through predictive analytics. Jim also served as Vice President for Administration for St. Lawrence University, where he led planning, information technology, marketing, and human resources. Since 1993, Jim has been a part-time faculty member at Harvard University, where he teaches graduate management courses on innovation, entrepreneurship and international business negotiation. More than a dozen companies have been started by students from this course. Jim also leads executive education courses on innovation, strategy, knowledge management and sales force training.
