Due to the magnitude of global change during program implementations, BearingPoint offers its clients Strategic Change services to assess challenges, mitigate risks, and implement strategies that allow employees and management to feel comfortable and prepared for the change. Our team partnered with all levels of the client organization to develop and implement these strategies, chiefly revolving around: organizational design, training, job role changes, and communications. My clients have included Bank of America, Chevron/Texaco, Wells Fargo, McCain Foods, Aprial Healthcare, among others.

At Applied Materials, I managed the e-Business Change Management function. My responsibilities included integrating the Change Management training and process-integration into all software development project life cycles (PLCs). Our team worked mainly on large-scale ERP programs. In addition, I led the Business Unit's Organizational Development and Culture Enhancement programs, partnering with the leaders of our Legal, eBusiness, and Finance organizations.
