Created selective, competitive, high quality, trauma informed, culturally sensitive clinical training program in Psychodynamic Community Health. Supervised the provision of all psychotherapy services to community members, as provided by staff and graduate students. Awarded grant from APA to fund Little Explorers infant mental health prevention program.

Management of all outreach and business activities at Erikson Institute’s Center for Children and Families - a clinic that provides assessment and treatment to families with young children.

Primary direct liaison between Erikson Institute Integrated Assessment program and the Department of Children and Family Services, in county and across state. Management andoversight of all administrative duties with respect to the comprehensive assessment of young children entering the child welfare system, as performed by thirteen licensed clinicians.  Weekly supervision of licensed clinicians, using a reflective supervision model.

Clinical diagnosis and psychotherapeutic treatment for families with children. Consultation to Juvenile Court and to the Department of Children and Family Services. Grand Rounds Consultant to Department of Children and Family Services. Permanency Planning evaluator and intake coordinator.

Twice weekly in-home psychotherapy to children in foster care. Consultation to the Office of the Public Guardian, Chicago Public Schools, and to other service providers.
