Services – Search provides retainer-based executive search services across a broad spectrum of operational leadership and management for privately-held, mid-market manufacturing and distribution companies (revenue of $10 to $300 million). Clients are located primarily in the Pacific Northwest. Positions most commonly represented for retained searches include CEO, COO, Vice President of Operations and General Plant Manager. Members of our subcontractor team are available for project work and bring a broad range of functional expertise in process improvement, lean manufacturing, supply chain management, warehousing, logistics, and ERP project managment. Our rigorous and systematic approach enables us to identify, attract and assess the most qualified candidates for our client companies. We offer three distinct, but related areas of service: 1) retained executive search, 2) interim project management solutions and 3) temporary to permanent options for clients and candidates.C.O.O.
