Once the data is reviewed and highlighted, the user can update the data (assuming personalized security is accepted) and the software will transfer the data back to the off-site production system.  Sideboard - I also developed a table view and update utility which allowed me to develop a visual front to select tables and data files and view and export the data to review data or solve problems.  Cybersecurity Risk Assessment / Disaster Recovery Plan – I am leading an effort to test the cybersecurity risk of the company and beginning a training path for the team. I rely on the KnowBe4 platform to help me develop sophisticated email phishing tests for the employees and track vulnerabilities. We track the testing results and I send out periodic tips for the users to better understand how to determine spam from legitimate work emails. Information Systems – Led the implementation of the Mark Systems IHMS software system. I exported the data from our TOMs system and realigned the data for import into the Mark Systems/ We implemented the system in 3 months and went live in January 2016.  SPAN System – Led the development and the implementation of the SPAN System. This reporting tool is used to communicate with the Mark Systems application and help us manage our job costs. The reports are received through email and based on the subject line report request. The report is created and sent back to the user in an attached PDF format. The auto-send module allows users to request reports using their I-pad and/or I-phone without accessing our internal systems.Home Source - Led development, design, and implementation of a customized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application for the company. “Home Source” is used to track clients and community traffic across all 6 operating divisions. The application is integrated with the company website and sends daily automated data transfers to a secure FTP site to update data. We are one of the few builders on the regional or national levels to maintain a CRM integrated product which feeds our website. Homebuilder Implementation – Led the research and the implementation for a homebuilder management system. The software prepares customized surveys which are imaged and assigned to the customer record for long-range tracking through an IBM Content Manager Imaging System. I was involved in the creation of the first program that allows high schools to get an Electronic Needs Analysis Report (ENAS) to verify elgibility for Federal Pell Grant funds developed by the US Department of Education.
