• Managed 6-8 Technical Recruiters on a day to day basis.• Responsible for the recruitment and placement for over 75 engineering, operations and technical professionals annually within various engineering, manufacturing and service firms/companies. These positions include mechanical, electrical, civil/structural, aerospace and software engineers, designers/drafters, directors/managers, technicians, skilled trades, lab personnel and more.• Managed the full life cycle recruitment process that included the sourcing, selection, phone and in-person interviews, reference checks, offer, negotiation, closing, new hire paperwork and onboarding.• Responsible for the day to day support of Human Resource policies, procedures, laws and government regulations for contractors and internal staff.• Developed recruiting/sourcing strategies and placement goals with several large accounts.• Utilized a variety of CRM/ATS for client and applicant tracking purposes (Bullhorn, Jobvite, Taleo, Fieldglass, Salesforce, Brassring, MaxHire etc.)
