I have a passion for the power of entrepreneurship to transform lives and communities and a knack for helping leadership teams focus and achieve their goals. I help my clients implement a complete, proven system of simple, practical tools and practices to crystalize their vision, gain traction, and become a healthy, functional, cohesive team. My program is a greatest hits playlist of applied business wisdom from the likes of Drucker, Allen, Collins, Wickman, Sinek, Lencioni, Gerber, and many others - all tied together with software that makes it easy for the whole organization to participate fully, learn, and grow. A few highlights that include good stories that I am happy to share:* Developed, operationalized, and brought to market dozens of products and services; B2B and B2C, including productizing many previously bespoke services* Advanced organizations and products later acquired by Microsoft, Sony, Disney, Epocrates, and Amazon.* Developed and managed partnerships with Apple, Google, Microsoft, VMware, Netflix, Sony, Disney, AT&T, Verizon* Built and led teams for software development, marketing, sales, consulting, and technology installation.* Developed and operationalized sales and marketing programs for lead generation, content marketing, and social engagement including the formation of the global peer network, Mobile Thought Leaders* Published scholarly works on Applied Optics, Entrepreneurship, and Medical Education Technology. Through hundreds of speaking engagements, I can offer excellent advice on selecting a remote control for presentations and avoiding germs on airplanes. I currently reside in Cleveland, Ohio with my favorite entertainer who is also my wife and sometimes my children and grandchild. I have fond memories of living in Chicago, Seattle, and Durham, NC. I have worked globally so I'm pretty good with time zones and jet lag.
