This involved implementing the idea from scratch and then managing the new sales team whose purpose was to retain exisitng Bank customers with repeat motor finance.

Design and delivery of all training programmes for all internal staff (Renault Finance Senior Management downwards) and external clients (Renault and its Dealer network). Key areas of training were in the areas of risk, compliance, sales and management/coaching

Managed a portfolio of over 40 Motor Dealers to increase sales of finance agreements. The role also included completing stock audits and negotiating Dealer stocking terms and credit lines.

This graduate position involved creating a new Fleet Centre selling Ford Motor vehicles and finance packages to local businesses.
