As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, my responsibilities include but are not limited to the planning, design, and development of a new Strategic Sales model/initiative. Executive Vice President, National Sales - Strategic Accounts Reporting to the CEO, I was tasked with designing and launching an Enterprise expansion initiative to drive profitable growth via new client acquisition as well as identifying and optimizing on gaps identified within strategic account portfolio. Objective to provide incremental revenue opportunities and increase brand awareness throughout the organization.My duties included Strategic Prospect Planning, with responsibility for pursuit strategy and directing the activities of the Sales and Operations teams towards service excellence. Additionally, I was responsible for the design and delivery of formal presentations, contract negotiations, implementation, and subsequent on-boarding of additional strategic account locations.** Generated $100MM in incremental top-line revenue during this span while the teams surpassed annual financial targets every year.Senior Regional Vice President Aggressively recruited to repair an underperforming Midwestern Region. After the initial assessment, immediately designed and implemented a “top-down” inclusive strategy to expedite and guide staff through a cultural change. Objective to move from an on-demand labor hall mentality to a professional services organization. The business mix at onset was 95% Light Industrial. After a successful 6 month implementation, the business mix changed to 60% Light Industrial, 40& Clerical/Administrative, resulting in a significant positive gross margin adjustment with less risk aversion.** Successfully hired a new leadership team and implemented Emerging Leaders training programs to ensure a positive cultural shift - employee retention rate grew to 80% annually.
