Jim Hipskind is the Division Manager of the Agriculture Live Production & Processing team at Continental Search. He leads a team of successful agriculture recruiters while serving as our Live Production and Meat Processing Recruiter helping clients hire top-performing managers.Jim has over 30 years of manufacturing recruiting experience. He joined Continental Search in 2010 and became the company’s training manager in 2017.
