James (Jim) Hoggan has been in the mortgage industry for twenty years and brings Castle & Cooke Mortgage the savvy to grow a leading edge sales team through pro-active attention to service detail and product knowledge. Prior to this, he owned and operated One on One Mortgage and served as President at Ivory Mortgage, instrumental in both cases in elevating the sales platform to enhance client experience through the entirety of the loan process. A Utah native and attended the University of Utah, Jim is a husband and father of four and serves his community on the Holladay Chamber of Commerce. As Castle & Cooke maintains its steady growth into more communities nationwide, Jim will continue to reinforce the seamless loan processing experience and make sure clients come first.
