Two successful Arts Council England funding applications for the digital video project ‘Geminate’.Key Achievements:• Appointed as video supplier and operators for the Samsung 2012 Olympic Torch Relay, which involved project management, procurement and design of the video system for the Samsung truck, along with daily operation during the 72-day 13,000km tour round the UK. We kept this project within budget restraints agreed upon the initial appointment.• After a successful tender we delivered 50+ hours of video content to be supplied within 3 weeks for the Behavioural Exchange 2015 conference, held at Westminster Plaza. We employed and managed 12 camera operators working across 9 locations for the duration. We delivered the project 3 days early and 5% under budget.• For the past 3 years and after two successful funding applications / grants from The Arts Council England, we have taken a commercial project and developed a digital video installation “Geminate’ using emerging infrared technology. This involved simultaneous broadcasts between Ipswich and France and in April 2017 it was installed at Colonnade House for 2 weeks for Worthing Borough Council.• Invention and operational implementation of live visual show for the beat boxer ‘Beardyman’. This show toured worldwide from 2011-2016 including myself performing as part of his TED talk in California 2014.• We were employed by artist Brian Eno to work on one of his artworks that had been commissioned by National Healthcare Trusts. We radically re-thought the way it was designed and then manufactured to deliver a simpler cost effective solution. This cut costs by 60% and enabled the roll out to happen ahead of schedule.

A multi-camera production, including the early adoption of crowd-sourcing large amounts of footage, which were then incorporated into the edit.• Fatboy Slim - Live at Brixton Academy, Director/Editor - Broadcast on Channel 4.• Appointed as Visual Programmer for The Big Chill Festival. Commissioned 30 live visual artists toperform across 4 stages alongside music acts.

This included design of new products, training distributor network and operational consultancy for hospitality outlets. Sales were increased by 20% over 2 years.
