Responsible for delivering high-quality business support to the PDG Oncology Therapeutic Area (TA) Global Head and Oncology Operations Leadership team (OOLT) to help ensure the needs of the department are met.Key Responsibilities:1. Business Manager to the TA Head Global Oncology- Partners with PD/PDG communications to develop key communications from the Oncology TA Global Head and OOLT to the PDG Oncology organization (PDGO) and/or external stakeholders as appropriate- Works in partnership with the TA Global Head to support an environment, mindset and behaviors amongst the OOLT that enables high functioning team performance- Works in partnership with the PDG Business Manager and other functional Business Managers to ensure functional priorities and deliverables are adequately supported2. TA Business Management- Organizes, manages, and facilitates the PDG Oncology TA Leadership Team (OOLT) meetings, including agenda setting and outcomes and action item management- Partners with Finance, HR, Resource Management and other stakeholders to oversee, coordinate and ensure corporate planning processes and timelines are aligned and meet the needs of the PDG organization- Manages and coordinates site and cross-site PDG Oncology leadership activities and meetings.- Partners with the OOLT to manage and track TA or PDG specific goals or initiatives and ensures objectives are being met3. Key Organizational and Operational Activities- Partner with the Global Head, the OOLT and/or business operations leads throughout the organization as appropriate to ensure cross-functional business processes are coordinated- Drives communication and people engagement strategies to ensure a collaborative spirit and sense of community for PDGO employees globally- Leads cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives

Key Accountabilities:- Lead the development of T&D's strategic and tactical plans, assigned business processes, and communications that drive operational excellence and department culture- Strategy, development, and execution of communications that support the achievement of short- and long-term business objectivesStrategy/Planning:- Facilitate cross-functional development and coordination of 3-year and 1-year strategic and tactical plans and budgets- Drive the decisions around key annual priorities as a standing member of T&D’s Leadership Team - Identify the needs, strategize and coordinate culture, values, and great place to work efforts across T&DCommunications:- Lead development and implementation of communication strategies, plans, programs and tools to support optimized performance and employee engagement- Accountable for Commercial-wide communications that involve departmental annual and longer-range vision, strategies, plans and objectives Operations:- Support the T&D Leadership Team through management of annual business review, people development and talent review meetings- Identify, collect, and share best practices and lessons learned, facilitating knowledge management - Complete and review detailed project plans for all special assignments/activities, to include project objectives, milestones, deliverables, cross-functional/team input, stakeholder input, timelines, resources required, etc.- Collaborate with Operations & Learning Technologies team to continuously review overall functional processes, procedures, tools and other resources to ensure best practices and optimal efficiencies across T&D

Regional Lead for Strategic Initiatives• Collaborate with Site Training Leads to develop and achieve regional strategic goals and tactical initiatives• Lead network-wide process development activities to standardize work, remove redundancies and eliminate waste to support continuous improvement• Develop and review detailed project plans to ensure adherence to schedule and achievement of key milestones• Consistently leverage available tools to effectively communicate project status updates and elevate project team accountability• Early Adopter of Roche IT learning technologies including the gamification learning platform, eSource File Server and eBuilder instructional design software• Member of PT Cornerstone Beta Testing and Systems Application teams• Performance consultant and Instructional Designer for global/regional training projects directly focused on achievement of strategic business resultsRegional Lead for Global Training Deployment• Effectively communicate complex training deployment plans to regional training representatives to support local implementation• Develop collaborative partnerships with Business Process managers, Training Managers and the Shared Service Center to influence PT servicing models and adherence to standard processes• Project Manager/Lead for global projects and training deployments• Partner with EU region colleagues for translation and approval of global training materials• Develop, implement and lead regional training deployment meeting including agenda, minutes and action itemsDirect Client and Customer Support• Provide high level consultation and support for Biologics Drug Substance Global Quality• Process LSO Administration requests, run LSO reports and provide guidance regarding training curriculum strategy and design• Partner with Indianapolis Shared Service Center to develop processes that result in efficiency and repeatability for large projects and training deployment
