I started working at Computeq back in 1997 as a first line support technician on their Helpdesk. I was a fast learner and soon moved up to second line support where I remotely maintained the core systems for a large number of Hotels & Banks all over the city. I was keen to learn all aspects of my industry so jumped at opportunities to get involved with network consultancy and onsite projects. I covered anything from rolling out new servers/workstations to installation of network data cabling & phone systems. I had built many strong client relationships over the years and decided to take an opportunity in 2005 to move into a client account manager role. I was able to call on years of technical knowledge and experience to advise clients on how best to spend their IT budget. Knowing your product on every level was key to selling the right solution to the right client.
