Billing and customer service duties for Legal service company

This is a company that I founded to promote and help produce inner city artist. Responsibilities include; booking acts, securing the venues, promotion, and production of Comedy, Modeling and Music shows and festivals. I also hit the road to help manage a national touring act in April 2011. I handled trip routing, hotel info, merchandise sales etc.

My main duty as a dispatcher was to manage limousine runs for a fleet of 20 drivers, and quality customer care. I also had a major role in organizing large scale events where we were responsible for 50-100 limousines for high end clientele. As well as assisting with accounting and quality control.

As an apprentice for several experienced journeymen I learned the basics of the construction field, and specifically electrical. I became familiar with blue prints, OSHA safety requirements, and the tools of the trade. Along with demolition, installation, and customer service.
