I also compiled information packages for representatives that were requesting new forgivable or non-forgivable loans which included credit reports and current CRD information and make recommendations on whether the loan should be approved or not. Represented the broker dealer in certain arbitration cases as an expert witness to confirm production information and other information in cases where the broker dealer was trying to collect on defaulted loans.
