As the Branch Manager at Moxie Pest Control, I am responsible for the daily operations, customer service, and quality control of our branch, which serves residential and commercial clients with effective and eco-friendly solutions. I lead a team of more than 20 technicians, service managers, and field experts, who share my passion for excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.I have a BA in English and an AA in Business, which have helped me develop strong communication, writing, and analytical skills. I am also pursuing an MBA from Lamar University, where I am learning new strategies and concepts to grow our branch's revenue and reputation. I have multiple certifications in pest control, including Certified Structural Pest Control Technician, Certified Termite Technician, and Certified Applicator. I have implemented cameras, GPS, and digital platforms to improve the efficiency, safety, and transparency of our services. My goal is to deliver exceptional results and value for our clients and our company.
