Promoted to Lead to assist with the start-up of Bechtel Construction Services. Assisted with the implementation of processes and procedures to create an efficient and reliable source of construction services for AT&T. Managed the build of over 350 1st carrier and 2nd carrier LTE sites while steadily improving the quality, speed, and methods of up to 40 field personnel. San DiegoConstruction Project Manager Market lead for San Diego consisting of logistics, inventory, deployment of technicians and all administrative and financial duties for the installation of all phase 2 sites for the UMTS launch. Over 300 sitesT-Mobile San Diego Construction Project Manager Completed Phase 1 of a UMTS overlay project: Site surveys. Material ordering. Bid walks with multiple contractors. Bid approvals. Landlord requirements for access. Scheduling of contractors for antenna and line work on multiple sites simultaneously. Scheduling Ericsson for Equipment delivery. Determining if power upgrades are required and scheduling accordingly. Safety monitoring. Quality Assurance. Compiling correct close-out documentation.I was part of a team that had completed over 300 sites for this project ahead of schedule. I am very familiar with Ericsson UMTS cabinets and their installation requirements as well as all antenna manufacturers and their specifications.

Fiber to wireless My responsibilities consisted of application for power, scheduling of contractors, scheduling of pre-cons and inspections with city and county representatives, liaison with SCE and DWP and their approved contractors to deliver power and fiber optic cabling on a very aggressive schedule. Manage all the administrative requirements of, SCE and DWP as well as The Southern California Joint Pole Authority. I am well versed in GO-95 rules and procedures. I worked with RF engineers to efficiently choose and design DAS locations as well as designing the fiber distribution for the entire network to suit the client’s budget and to optimize coverage on right of way sites for Metro PCS and Sprint.

Management of the Sprint/ Nextel CDMA upgrade project for Lucent Technologies. The project consists of 20 sites in Orange County and 40 in Arizona. Supervised the installation of new equipment, antenna change outs, pre-cons and punch walks, RF issues, landlord issues, and all meetings and administrative duties required.

Managed and supervised the GSM and UMTS equipment and antenna change out from Nokia to Ericsson 2106 for GSM and 3106 and for UMTS as well as site design for HCHC equipment accommodation. I was also in charge of post construction troubleshooting working directly with Cingular Net-Ops.

Worked cooperatively with Site acquisition, Zoning specialists, and A&E departments on the Sprint Turn-key (Keebler) Project.Responsible for ZD approval CD approval, permit application submittal.Responsible for utility coordination with telco as well as power suppliers.
