Subscription Based License Enablement:Successfully Transitioned Cisco's entire Enterprise Product Line to Subscription Based Software Licensing. Worked with customers, partners and cross functional teams to understand challenges and solved them through creative Devnet based app development to automate migration to subscription based software licensing enabled image.App Development:Started an initiative from ground 0 to build a team and develop apps which can help with network automation using provided programmable APIs. Developed 1st app in 4 months and demoed it to customer for Smart Licensing automation. App is developed in react front end and python backend. 2nd Life Cycle Mgmt app is in process of development. Serviceability:Took on an initiative to transform engineering culture to reduce customer pain point and reduce company expense by improving serviceability in the code. Initiative is across enterprise products impacting 2500+ software engineers. Have made a heavy impact in 1 year but this is multi year journey and it continues.AUT:Took on an initiative to transform engineering culture to improve quality at source by having automated unit test for 2500+ software engineers. Developed infrastructure for the same and put in process and checks to ensure that we can tangibly measure quality improvements as well as AUT effectiveness.

Help HW manager identify issues and dependency for the project and drive bigger cross functional team for success. C3750X FCS in May’10 – a phenomenal product in very short time. During the course of this product development, managed 2 other programs for SW releases.-Manage Industrial Ethernet (IE) product and roadmap to make sure Cisco can capture significant market share and can sustain it with software roadmap. Manage delayed features such that it can fit in with marketing requirement with good quality. Work with partner in this market and manage partner with different culture and priorities.-Deliver Profinet feature for IE product line without any program manager in challenging environment, deal with hard to manage vendor with different culture and priority, -Define CE500 & CE520 products, Lead and manage it from concept to FCS, Work with manufacturing to stream line production of these units.
