I have the responsibility to find and source the right mix of exceptional talent to fit in different parts of the puzzle, enable the organization to grow rapidly and impact the lives of 1 million children by 2022.A few highlights of my role are listed below: - Designed and implemented a process improvement project to improve applicant experience and hiring effectiveness using change management and competency models. This led to increased applicant experience scores by more than 10% and reduced turnaround time for hiring by more than 20%. - Supported, trained, and thought partnered with managers nationally across 20+ teams to recruit 100+ staff through talent branding, sourcing, and selection activities; reduced understaffing to < 5%. - Lead the yearly project for the internal career placements of the graduating cohort of Teach For India Fellows with a cohort size of over 500 Fellows each year. Added 10+ new national collaboration partners for branding and outreach.- Developed and managed Teach For India’s internship program with 150+ successful internships delivered within 2 years with an overall satisfaction rating of over 90%.

- Facilitated over 500 hours of English training for adults of age 18 to 50 through the EF teaching Model. This involved teaching and assessment for Business, Academic and General Purposes.- Transformed student experience by initiating and managing the EF student’s community project to provide learning and development to students through delivering workshops and training. Delivered 8 workshops on skill-building topics and supported students to work in teams to create and deliver 4 activities and events.- Speaker for external events – “Choosing a Career Path” and “Quality Education”

Greece

- Created and implemented the national strategic direction and Organizational re Design projects across 7 local offices in AIESEC in Greece resulting in the overall growth of more than 25% in the number of internship experiences delivered.- Managed and coached a national team of over 10 members and Local directors of 7 local offices to implement organizational strategy and change.- Ensured implementation of new customer flows and new safety policies (with International SoS) for all students leading to increased customer satisfaction by more than 20%.- Delivered over 30 workshops and sessions on personal, youth and society development. - Lead a Team of 12 National Directors to ensure the implementation and understanding of legislative policies across 124 National committees across the AIESEC Network.- Facilitated and Chaired in 2 National Conferences with over 200 attendees in each.- Represented AIESEC in Greece in 7 conferences and summits across 7 countries.

- Developed a national coaching and training model for managers to assist their people operations across all local offices. This supported an overall average entity performance growth by over 10%.- Implemented a new Customer Experience Management System resulting in the improvement of the quality of experiences delivered to students. Received global recognition amongst 124 entities.- Created and implemented Recruitment Strategy for AIESEC in Greece through developing a new HR brand for recruitment resulting in recruitment of over 400 young students across the country with an overall increased productivity of nearly 20%- Managed delivery of 4 National Conferences in AIESEC in Greece with more than 1000 attendees in total. This included conference objective creation and delivery through overall stakeholder management. - Facilitated over 20 sessions in National conferences.
