Current1. Development & Management of Data Collection tool (HIP for Health Data collection at Out Patient Department, Uganda EMR for HIV Management and Nutrition Assessment tool for MCHN and TSFP programs in Health Facilities.2. Development of IT Security Measures to Mitigate and Protect the Organization from Unauthorized access to critical resources in the Organization through(Social Engineering Training of Staff, Strong Password Policies, Network Configuration with Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems and many other measures)3. Installing and supporting computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers. 4. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and the Internet network.5. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests from the office users.6.Observe and support the appropriate use of IT materials and assets, ensuring assets are issued and returned in line with MTI policies7.Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support of all user systems, including computers, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals8.Act as focal point to connectivity service providers and ensure stable connection levels are maintained in designated locations 9.Ensure software licensing, patching and maintenance for end-user systems and services and, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements on all Medical Teams user systems10.Provide information systems technical expertise and support to data collection processes in health facilities and community health workers. 11.Deliver technical capability in the systems and platforms used for data collection and reporting and act as the country focal point for these systems 12.Use and maintain central storage systems to ensure access to and continuity of information across locations 13.Contribute to increased adoption of MTI standard IT systems through promotion and training of staff in policies, procedures and systems
