I serve as the National Connected and Automated Vehicle Technology Director within Michael Baker's Mobility Technology Solutions practice. As co-director of the practice, I provide national program leadership for projects, business development, and client advisory services, specializing in connected and automated vehicles. I also support initiatives in smart mobility, smart cities, digital infrastructure, vehicle electrification infrastructure, smart logistics, digital twins, freeway operational technologies other emerging transportation technologies.

I provided national program support for initiatives, projects, and business development for Michael Baker International's Emerging Transportation Technologies Practice. The practice focus includes connected and automated vehicles, smart mobility, smart cities and other emerging transportation technologies. My technical expertise includes connected vehicle deployment technologies, concept of operations and systems engineering, automated driving systems and automated shuttle deployment, and freeway operational strategies and technologies.

Served as the Traffic Engineering Director within the Transportation Business Line, which includes highways, bridges and traffic engineering, for the Pittsburgh Office. My roles and responsibilities included managing operations (resource management, staff development) business development, project execution, quality, strategic planning and organizational growth for the traffic engineering discipline. I also served as firm's the National Traffic and ITS Sub-Practice Lead under Michael Baker's corporate-wide Transportation Practice. My area of emphasis included transportation system operations, connected and automated vehicles, emerging technologies and smart transportation solutions.

Served as the Surface Transportation Practice Lead, which includes highways, bridges and traffic engineering, for the Pittsburgh Office. My roles and responsibilities included managing profit and loss for the practice, ensuring quality and on-time project delivery, resource management, staff development, strategic planning and organizational growth.

Served as an Operations Manager/Director in Baker's Transportation Business Line primarily responsible for business development and project delivery for public sector projects. Secondary role includes project management, quality assurance/quality control, marketing of existing and prospective clients, strategic planning and staff management/development/retention.
