For the majority of my life, I followed the wisdom of going to school, get a good education, get a high paying job and work until retirement. Now, as the father of three young adults with various physical, developmental, mental, and emotional challenges, I work to advocate and empower those within the disability community. I am passionate about educating individuals, caregivers, and organizations about the rights and responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), as well as Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. As a father, I know first hand the challenges of having to choose between a job that I enjoy and a family that I love. I also know that with a supportive environment, individuals with disabilities can excel in school and in the workforce and I am committed to this calling.
