Kanon Konsulting LLC. is a company I am self-employed by and formed under the direction of Mr. Gerald Forsythe. I am responsible for maintaining his racing facility and equipment located in his Indianapolis, IN and Marshall, IL shop. I source and oversee the leasing of the 33k sqf racing / manufacturing facility to race teams and I also organize the leasing of equipment to teams in multiple racing series. I am familiar with all aspects of maintaining facilities and machine shops equipment.

I have worked in the purchasing department for the Nissan LMP1 program that has been operating under BBR Design LLC. My responsibilities have included issuing purchase orders, sourcing vendors, and maintaining a proper purchasing system. I have also acted as the machine shop / fabrication manager and source outside vendors to help achieve the tight deadlines that are required in the motor sport industry.

As an entry level purchasing agent I was able to take over as the purchasing manager within a few months. I was responsible for the sourcing and purchasing for a 25 million dollar budgeted race team with up to 3 cars in the CART/Champcar series and up to 4 cars in the Mazda Atlantic series. The skills that I possess are transferable business skills and are valuable in any type of business. I worked in conjunction with the team principal and team manager to make sure that we kept the organization operating as a top level professional racing team. I would act as a Liaison between the vendors and the team in the purchasing department. Maintaining of the racing facility along with the satellite paint shop and carbon repair facility also fell under my responsibility. After Mr. Forsythe decided to retire as a race team owner I have still been able to keep his facility operating in many different motor sport aspects and it is still fully functional today.
