The successful transition of leadership from generation to generation is an important part of American business. And having grown up in a family business, I love to do everything possible to help others realize their family business dreams. I serve as a guide to the family as they navigate the complex process of family business succession.Why leadership assessments? I have always felt that one of the keys for understanding people is using the right assessment data applied to the right situation – sometimes listening, observation and “gut” are not enough. I love when my clients see how assessment data helps them more deeply understand workplace behavior (and misbehavior) and how to create a better path forward for the underperforming professional or a company's hiring process.
