During my time as Online Learning Manager at Regal Rexnord (formerly Regal Beloit Corporation), I managed the global learning center which hosted up to 25 – 30 events each calendar year for training and other functional meeting needs. It was also at that time in 2010 that I started being company administration for its Learning Management System. I also created the curriculum materials for the company’s leadership training using a variety of software and video tools.
