Lead all finance, accounting, contracts, pricing, and compliance activities. Significant contributions were made in establishing the appropriate control processes for this federal business segment within commercial corporation. Developed and improved the relationships with federal regulatory agencies, and significantly improved the internal reporting and costibility for the business. Provided leadership and guidance to the selection, development, and implementation of compliant financial systems and procedures. Focused on closed loop integration of business practices.
