Seasonal marketing duties (employed from Oct to Apr) to assist district and office managers complete business building efforts.

1. Develops annual marketing plan including priced alternatives and prepares preliminary budget by company for review with EVP.2. Develops calendar of activities with critical dates.3. Meets with appropriate representatives to discuss internal and external communication needs.4. Researches, writes, develops sketches of supporting graphics, and consults with printing firm representatives on the needs of the particular project5. Develops direct mail programs, as dictated by the assignment, and monitors roll-out of the campaign and checks for success level at conclusion. 7. Maintains customer database, sets up new customers and updating most current information regarding customers8. Proposal management: provides in-house support for proposal development activities and establishes and manages project timeline.9. Creates and produces a periodic newsletter for employees. Plans subjects to be covered, produces articles, handles layout and any photographs, edits material, and arranges printing.10. Reports on new hires, promotions, retirements, company projects, and new project development.11. Creates and produces a quarterly newsletter for customers reporting corporate activities of general interest to readers. Selects topics that indicate long-range company plans as well as reports of community service activities. Oversees printing and mailing.12. Prepares press releases for company announcements of public interest.13. Identifies contracting opportunities and qualifies firm to participate.14. Coordinates consumer and employee education and training programs.15. Supervises interns or other support professionals in support of the above responsibilities.
