I bring nearly 30 years of IT leadership experience in Consulting, Client Management, and Service Delivery. I am a highly experienced, dynamic, and results driven, IT Executive dedicated to delivering outstanding results, superior customer service, and industry knowledge and expertise to my clients. I have led large, enterprise-scale, global managed services teams for clients with Cloud, Data Center, Digital Workspace, Service Desk, Application Development, Network and Security service lines. In addition, I have served as Principal practice lead in a number of domains as well as leading solution design and pricing teams. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in French from West Chester University and possess certifications which cover Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, and ServiceNow Administration. I am based in the greater Philadelphia area and when not working with Randstad and our clients, I enjoy time with my wife, 4 adult children, and devoted beagle.
