I have also led the strategic design, negotiations, and successful implementation of multiple sourcing and procurement contracts. At the time, these were unprecedented, and resulted in excess of $1B in both loss cost and expense savings, while simultaneously ensuring the achievement of integrated process improvements for handling claims.
