My journey in the biopharmaceutical industry has been driven by my prior experience engaging with patients and seeing first-hand the impact dermatologic conditions can have on their life.As the Group Vice President, Head of Inflammation and Autoimmunity at Incyte, I steer the strategic direction and execution of our inflammation & autoimmunity portfolio. Our discovery approach integrates pathway and target selection with compound development so that we are advancing high-quality molecules with maximum potential and building a strategic portfolio of compounds that are related or can be used together.I am particularly proud of my contributions to the development of novel biologics and small molecules for the treatment of severe autoimmune and inflammatory conditions.
