    2011- present: Quality and Yield ManagementIn this role, I am responsible for stack failure analysis, stack yield and business intelligence by leading a team of yield, FA, software engineer located in US and Asian.We delivered new record yields for all generations of product every year for the past 10+ years through DFX and continuous improvement at our manufacturing facilities and global suppliers.We developed strategy and analytics that systematically forecast, sustain, and improve yield.We implemented customized SPC tools using a combination of commercial package and home grown software. We drove DFX, DFY (design for yield) SPC charts, root cause analysis, tool matching, and yield improvement with both internal manufacturing and global suppliers. Our team of software developers developed business intelligence applications that translate data into useful information. We send daily automatic standard reports and alerts to management and engineers. We developed and maintained yield database, supplier component database, engineering component ID high speed database. We performed routine automatic data cleansing, generate web reports and developed MS OLAP (cube). Our FA team using random sampling method to monitor the health of our processes and products. We generate standard FA reports, engineering reports and input all the FA data into our home made FA database. We drove failure modes elimination through pareto analysis and partner with cross functional teams. 2008-2011: Principal Engineer, leading all aspect of stack manufacturing processI led/managed a team of three senior tech's. We are responsible for all aspects of stack manufacturing process. We have scaled up stack manufacturing by 10X with major efficiency improvement.We have formalized standard operating procedure (SOP) and introduced control chartWe are responsible for accurately set up stack BOM and representing stack manufacturing for new product introduction (NPI) and DFM.
