Current• Analyze and consult client’s and prospect’s employee benefit programs and procedures.• Market and Broker group benefit plans to businesses (medical, life, disability, dental, long term care, and profit sharing).• Prospect state, national, and international employers.• Conduct Sales presentations explaining group benefit plans to corporate decision makers and their employees.• Communicate, interact, and build relationships with corporate leaders in management of employee benefit plans.• Maintain familiarity with employee benefit laws, financial arrangements, and the competition.• Recruit, manage, and retain human resources.
